European University is an individual associate member of the European University Association (EUA), which allows the university to be involved in the process of European educational policy development.

The Association of European Universities is one of the most influential and large-scale organizations that unites European universities and organizations in the field of education. The association is based in Brussels. It has more than 800 members from 48 European countries and plays a key role in shaping the Bologna process and the EU's higher education, research, and innovation agenda.

GUNi Innovation Network

European University is a permanent institutional member of the GUNi innovation network. European University is a member of the European Dental Education Association. The association was founded in 1975 as an independent, European organization representing specialists in the academic field of dentistry and dental education.

European Law Faculties Association (ELFA)

The ELFA membership represents a valuable opportunity for the Faculty of Law, Humanities and Social Sciences to enhance its visibility within the European academic sphere, foster collaboration with respective faculties at leading universities, and integrate contemporary trends in legal education at the national level.
