Bachelor's Degree Program in Law

Why Bachelor of Law Program at European University?

The undergraduate law program at European University perfectly aligns with the needs of both the modern local and international labour markets. Courses are taught by seasoned professionals, including lecturers, acting judges, prosecutors, and practicing lawyers.

The Bachelor of Law program places significant emphasis on the sector-specific English language, equipping students to take the International Legal English Examination (ILEC).

To foster students' employability, legal practice is a compulsory component of the program. Under this provision, students are placed in specific public or private institutions where they undertake various practical assignments.

Additionally, the program features an extracurricular Legal Aid Center. Through this center, students offer direct services to real clients, preparing documents, providing legal recommendations, and more. Since its inception, the Legal Assistance Center has assisted numerous clients, winning many court cases. Notably, last year, the Constitutional Court of Georgia upheld a constitutional lawsuit prepared by the Center.

Students also have the privilege of attending international events organized by the Faculty of Law Institute. Committed to advancing knowledge in the realm of law, the institute holds certified training courses annually. These sessions are delivered by esteemed experts from Europe and America, including acting judges, prosecutors, lawyers, and professors recognized for their contributions to the legal profession. Course topics are chosen in response to global trends and the interests of students. Moreover, the institute facilitates student participation in ongoing research grant projects, local and international conferences, and various academic events.

Our top-performing students have the unique opportunity to complete internships abroad, including placements at courts in Miami (USA) further bolstering their career prospects.
