The content and structure of the educational program in education administration are tailored based on the specifics of the education field. They consider trends in both the Georgian and international employment markets and the experiences of implementing similar programs at Western universities.

In the Georgian context, this program stands out as it encompasses three levels of education: school, professional, and higher education.

Within the program, students will acquire in-depth and systematic knowledge of educational research methodologies and methods. They will understand the legal framework governing school, professional, and higher education institutions in both national and international contexts. Additionally, they'll grasp trends in education, essential for leaders in the educational field to manage the education system and institutions effectively.

Individuals holding a bachelor's degree or an equivalent academic degree can enrol in the educational administration master's program. This enrollment can be based on the results of common master's exams, internal/external mobility, or even without passing the common master's exams, as per the Georgian legislation.

Additional prerequisites for enrolling in a master's program at a European university include an internal university exam in the speciality and English language proficiency. Confirming knowledge of the English language at the B2 level through a test is mandatory.
