The Faculty of Dentistry of the European University announces a competition for English program dental students who do not require a visa to travel to Turkey, for the purpose of selecting students for clinical internships at the Istanbul Aydin University’s (Turkey) Dental Faculty.
Specifically, students will undergo clinical practice for one week in the departments of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Endodontics, Periodontology, and Restorative Dentistry.
The program is not designed to accumulate academic credits but aims to help students refine their knowledge and skills.
Practice period: February 1-8, 2025.
Requirements for participation in the competition:
- The student’s academic performance/GPA for the Spring semester of the 2023-24 academic year must be 2.5 or higher.
- Study level – active status students in the Dentistry program, from the 2nd to the 9th semester.
Selection of students will be based on the following criteria:
- Motivation letter (in English)
- Interview in English
Students wishing to participate in the competition should send their motivation letter to the provided email address studentscompetition@eu.edu.ge by 6:00 PM on January 8.
The interview with the candidates will take place on January 10 at 12:00 PM.
Selected students will have their airfare, hotel accommodation, and program costs covered by the European University.
