European University has been successfully participating in the Dubai International Higher Education Exhibition on 26-28 April this year. The exhibition is one of the significant events in the Middle East, where universities can meet local students and parents and offer their programmes.
Georgia, as of the popular destinations for higher education, is one of the centres of attraction at the exhibition. In this respect, many local students, parents and guests visit European University’s stand and get information about the English-language Medical Doctor (MD) and Dentistry programmes. Prospective students have expressed considerable interest in the clinical skills centre of the European University Faculty of Medicine, European University Jo Ann Hospital, the brand-new student dormitory and recognition of the University in the European Union and English-speaking countries (the USA, the UK, Australia and others), which creates new opportunities for the graduates in terms of postgraduate education and employment. His Excellency Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, the Minister of Tolerance of the United Arab Emirates and the honourable guest of the exhibition visited the European University’s stand on the event’s opening day.
European University is represented at the exhibition by an experienced team, which includes Ms Tamar Zarginava, the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Prof. Gocha Tutberidze, a Rector’s Advisor and Ms Nino Pataraia, the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine.
