With the support and funding of the European University, in the framework of the International Relations Program, undergraduate students of the European University: Temo Gogrichiani, Bezhani Lomsadze, Giorgi Lotishvili, Mariam Kapanadze and Teimuraz Latsabidze participated in the 14th National Selection Conference – organized by the European Youth Parliament – Georgia. The conference was held in Kutaisi, Georgia.
The Conference was attended by 100 representatives from different countries. The European Youth Parliament hosted young people from Turkey, Austria, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine, France and Norway.
Students of the European University in their committees spent three days discussing various important issues such as climate change in the world, gender equality, human rights and more. After three days of work, the committees adopted relevant resolutions. General Assembly successfully approved all resolutions in which the students of the European University were involved.
It is planned to send a number of students from European University on a similar activities during the year.
