Participation of the Medical Research Institute in the 21st Multidisciplinary Conference organized by the Association for Medical Education and Evidence-Based Medicine:
The 21st multi-profile conference held by the Association of Medical Education and Evidence-Based Medicine entitled “International Standards of Clinical Practice”, the main organizers of which are Prof. David Telia and Prof. Boris Corsantia, was held in Chakvi, in the period 29.08-05.09 2020. Medical Faculty of European University presented several presentations at the conference. It is noteworthy that two sessions of the conference were held with the participation of the European University. The Director of the Medical Research Institute of the European University, Prof. Zaza Avaliani (title of the presentation – “TB epidemiological situation in Georgia and its national response measures”), University Affiliate Professor Maia Mantskava (title of the presentation – “Rheological disorders during COVID-19 and their importance in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease”), as well as other academic and invited staff of European University were actively involved in the conference. The materials will be published in the journal “Experimental and Clinical Medicine” (http://jecm.ge).
