THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE “SLOW TOURISM MANAGEMENT” EMDM PROJECTCONSORTIUM PAID A WORKING VISIT TO EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY

The representatives of the “Slow Tourism Management” EMDM project (STM) consortium paid a working visit to European University.

A number of issues related to the project tasks were addressed during the two-day meeting. More precisely, a thorough discussion was held on the topic of accreditation matters and joint degree policy of the integrated transnational MA study program. Course catalogue, study plan, verification methods and other relevant topics were also covered.

“Slow Tourism Management” is the project funded by the European Commission and its international consortium consists of 7 universities from 6 different countries. The study program developed within the framework of the project will be delivered by Wroclaw Business University of Applied Sciences (Poland), University of Pannonia (Hungary) and European University (Georgia). As for the remaining universities, College of Polytechnics Jihlava (Czech Republic), Alanya University (Turkey), Baku Engineering University (Azerbaijan) and Batumi State University (Georgian) will contribute to the project by offering lectures on specific subjects, tutors for master theses, places of internship, summer school, study tours and integration events.

The next working meeting of the STM project team will be hosted by the project coordinator, Wroclaw Business University of Applied Sciences, in September of the current year.
