On January 22-23, the lecturer of the University of Personnel Management (Poland) Robert Adamczyk visited European University within the Erasmus+ program.
Robert Adamczyk has conducted lectures for both students at “European University” and the institution’s academic and administrative personnel. A presentation addressing the Crisis and Purpose of Crisis Communication was delivered to students, while an in-depth discussion on the Rules of Communication During Crisis (PR Actions), was undertaken with the staff.
In a more detailed context, Robert Adamczyk delved into the effective management of potential crisis scenarios, elucidating the critical concept of the “golden hour.” Subsequently, a comprehensive discourse ensued, scrutinizing errors commonly encountered in crises. Following this examination, the lecturer introduced a set of ten imperative guidelines for precise and effective communication to the attentive audience.
Lectures were characterized by interactive nature and represented a favorable opportunity for knowledge exchange and professional development. All participants were awarded with a certificate of attendance.
