HEAD OF EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY RESEARCH SUPPORT CENTER TOOK PART IN INTERNATIONAL WEEK AT UNIVERSITY OF MALAGA, SPAIN

From June 26th to 30th, 2023, Gvantsa Jichoshvili, the head of the Center for the Promotion of Scientific and Research Activities at European University, participated in the international week held as part of the “Erasmus+” mobility program at the University of Malaga (Spain). This event played a vital role in deepening professional and institutional ties among partner universities.


The international week saw the active participation of various prestigious institutions such as Kolhapur Institute of Technology (India), Eastern University of Tunis (Tunisia), Namibia University of Science and Technology (Namibia), Abdelmalek Essaad University (Morocco), Western Cape University, University of Limpopo, and Durban University of Technology from South Africa.


During the week, participants had the opportunity to learn about the International Relations Department’s best practices at the University of Malaga. They gained insights into current and future international projects and explored various faculties of the host university. Additionally, they visited the university library, cultural center, sports complex, botanical garden, and more.

Events like the International Week are of paramount importance for the professional development of administrative staff at the European University. By participating in such gatherings, they not only deepen their personal and professional connections but also contribute to expanding the university’s global reach and partnership network.
