The governing body of the European University awarded the administration and academic staff according to the staff evaluation criteria.
By the decision of the leadership of the European University, this time 80 employees were awarded, including 55 representatives of the administrative staff and 25 academic and visiting staff.
The event was held in the courtyard of the Faculty of Medicine in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and was opened by the President of the European University Lasha Kandelakishvili, who thanked the administrative and academic staff for the achieved results .
In addition, the President of the University summarized the last academic year and informed the academic and administration staff about future plans.
The Rector of the University Tamar Kerdzaia handed over special diplomas to the employees together with the Vice-Rectors of the University and the Deans of the Faculties.
The European University has developed a document according to which the evaluation of administrative and academic staff is done. Administrative staff are assessed with a 360-degree rating that includes both immediate supervisors as well as colleagues, subordinates and students. Academic staff
evaluation means the evaluation of their academic and research activities, which involve both the university administration and the students.
